Service Description

To be able to participate in this class you must meet the following criteria: 1. Have prior knowledge of Panayama 2. Music Knowledge: Must be able to sing specific isolated Music notes spontaneously 3. Must be able to sit in Padmasana , Ardapadmasana, Vajrasana or Sukha asana 4. Will involve meeting at least once a month on Fridays at 11 AM or 5 PM at for one hour. ( 11 am class I will have lunch) 5. You will have to keep a journal of your daily practices for monthly discussion. 6. Materials required for Class : One hand held Tape recorder and a note book 7. Any one can participate you Do not have to be Hindu, Muslim, Christian, Buddhist , Jewish, Jain
